Datagrape collects the information you submit through enquiry and booking forms so we can respond, qualify your request and manage a potential business relationship.

Information we process

This can include your name, work email, company, phone number, selected service or product, timeline, message, referral page and campaign parameters. Our server also keeps a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange calls, prepare proposals, maintain sales records, prevent spam and understand which marketing activities generate business enquiries.

Analytics and scheduling

Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics cookies. Datagrape does not send form contents or contact details to analytics. If you use the scheduling page, Calendly processes booking information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and sharing

Access is limited to authorised Datagrape staff and service providers needed to operate email, hosting, analytics and scheduling. We do not sell enquiry information. Records are retained only as long as required for business, legal and security purposes.
